About the Role:

As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling our team by recruiting top-tier talent for data analyst and data engineering roles, as well as general business functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Location: 100% remote for US-based candidates

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, build hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage with candidates for technical roles (e.g., Data Analysts, Data Engineers) and general business positions
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and partnerships with relevant communities or organizations.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and alignment with NuView’s mission.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and providing a seamless candidate experience at every stage
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to track metrics, analyze trends, and improve hiring processes.

What you’ll have:

  • 4-6+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a strong focus on technical hiring (experience with data analytics or data engineering roles preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a mix of technical and general business roles in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity across modern data stack including ETL (Stitch, Rivery, Fivetran, etc), Data warehouse (Big Query, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.) and Data Visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) and similar platforms
  • Strong sourcing skills, with expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package includes bonus potential, benefits, PTO, and a remote working environment. Actual earnings may vary depending on the candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
